| When We Visit | The day before your clean you'll recieve either a text, phone call or email, the choice is yours, to let you know we're coming. Please leave us access to the rear of your property unlocked so that we can clean those windows. If for any reason we can't gain access we'll do as much as possible and adjust the invoice accordingly. Please note there is a minimum £10 charge. |
| When We Leave Your Property | We will make sure that your windows are left perfectly clean, all gates and access points are securely closed. We will post an invoice through your door with all the how to pay details clearly displayed. Please make payment within 7 days of the clean. Thank you. |
